Exploring REMOTE French Polynesia | Sailing Ripple Effect

Today we are exploring some of the most remote and beautiful islands in French Polynesia. We JUST finished our sailing journey across the Pacific Ocean and this is our first time on land in 21 days! The first island we are visiting is Fatu Hiva. Fatu Hiva is the southernmost island in French Polynesia and is only 33 square miles big, with a population of just 612 PEOPLE! Although there is little to offer in the way of commerce, stores, and restaurants; it is full of natural beauty and breathtaking landscapes.
