Escalante Jacob Hamlin (lobo) Arch Southern Utah Desert Hike & Camping | Wandering Wassoms - S1.E26

On 8/8-8/9/2020, Jason & Angel entered the "Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument" and drove down a dirt road called "BLM 200 Hole in the Rock Road" to get to the "Jacob Hamlin Arch"(also known as lobo arch), located in the Coyote Gulch, for some amazing hiking & Camping down in the Southern Utah Desert. We saw all kinds of life, including: bats, tadpoles, frogs, fish, leeches, deer, vultures, lizards, and a very few amount of humans. We camped down in Coyote Gulch overnight, which was absolutely beautiful to watch the stars & moon from on a clear sky night. We saw Cheese Falls, Coyote Natural Bridge, and the Secret Black Lagoon in addition to the Jacob Hamlin Arch. This trip was one of our absolute favorites ever and we highly recommend it to experienced hikers that have all the necessary gear. Very, very important to bring a water filtration system; you will need it for sure!
