in this episode, we play with numbers. This is a spreadsheet that I developed to help me plan various financial scenarios with the payment schedules and tax implications. This allowed me to plan the financial requirements and develop a strategy to spread the taxes over 4 years. The boat delivery date is timed with my retirement date. Of course, we have no idea what the future will bring but at least we can step into with some idea. Disclaimer This spreadsheet was developed and highly customized for the sole purpose to assist me.
