Episode #128 Finally some land cycling
Join us this week as we are finally allowed to cycle on the land. It feels so good to get our blood moving again. We have been stuck in Panama and the water is not swim-able here. The restrictions are still women days and men days. I get Monday, Wednesday and Friday to ride, Andrew gets Tuesday and Thursday. The weekends are totally shutdown days. We are not allowed to shore.
