In this video, we'll be talking about installing solar on a sailboat. If you're interested in installing solar on your boat, then this is the episode you need to watch! In part 1 of this video, we covered the installation of the solar panels on our sailboat. In this episode, we'll be going over the specifics of installing Victron solar charge controllers and equipment on our sailboat. This is a complicated process as you have play a little Tetris trying to find the best way to position the components in a very small space. For this install we used a Victron Lynx Distributor, two Victron Smart Charge Controllers 100/30s, a Victron Blue Smart IP22 Charger and a Victron Smart Shunt 500 amp.
