And, once again, we have problems with the engine, well the gearbox actually. After Magnus had spent hours rebuilding it, it suddenly fills with water! Magnus attempts a MagGyver fix, but is it enough to get us back to Airlie Beach or will we be stranded out at the islands with no way of getting home? This is the final ‘engine’ straw. We make the monumental decision that it’s time for Issy to retire and we go about sourcing a ‘new’ engine for Nutshell. Something which will be reliable and keep us safe in the Kimberley.
