For a 56 year old boat, Yellow Bird has a lot to like. She's a 1964 Chris Craft 35 foot Sailyacht. This was one of the first fiberglass boats to be built by Chris Craft. She boasts a huge and protected center cockpit, an open aft deck, a separate aft cabin, and a functional and comfortable main saloon. It's a very unique layout for a 35 foot sailboat. She also has a full keel and a newer engine. I believe the current asking price is indeed "Dirt Cheap" for the amount of value you get in this vessel.
