DAY -3 HIGHLIGHT – ILCA 6 TEAM RACING
Today our amazing hosts Lourenço and Luisa guided us through what Team Racing is! A super fun and tactical format featuring 2 vs 2 mixed teams — one boy and one girl representing each nation. With 10 countries in a full round robin, it was strategy, speed, and teamwork at its best! 🏆 FINAL RESULTS 🥇 Israel – Elad DAHAN & Gaya DATIASHVILI (4 race wins!) 🥈 Spain – Tim LUBAT & Irene de TOMÁS 🥉 USA – David COATES & Louise MARTIN 💫 The conditions were perfect, the racing was smooth, and the sailors delivered an incredible show on the water. 🎁 We wrapped up the day with a small prize-giving ceremony to celebrate the efforts and sportsmanship of all teams! ⏳ Now the excitement builds as we approach the Youth Sailing World Championship, kicking off racing on December 15! 📺 This event will be livestreamed daily, with different classes featured each day — so stay tuned and follow our socials for the full streaming schedule! 🌊 See you on the water! ⛵️✨
