Day 2 Fleet Racing - Three bullet Bake

Chris Bake seemed to light the "touch paper" aboard his Team Aqua on day two of fleet racing at the RC44 Valletta Cup. The longest serving RC44 crew was in league of its own, winning all three races. This propelled them up the leaderboard from fifth to first place. Achieving a perfect scoreline, also leaves Team Aqua with a useful nine-point lead - a strong position for Chris Bake's team. Meanwhile the rest of the fleet, even the top teams struggled to find consistency with up and down scores thanks to today's tricky conditions. Overnight leader, Artemis Racing, struggled today, dropping to third overall, albeit tied on points with Katusha in second. The RC44 Valletta Cup is the final event of the 2016 Championship Tour, which pits the world's top businessmen and the best sailors in the industry compete in high-performance one-design 44-foot carbon racing yachts.
