Local marina Phare Bleu organize a "dinghy concert" and we find this means the whole concert is floating out in the Caribbean Sea! Cruising sailors have rafted their dinghies together and tied up to a barge and tugboat - where Canadian Folk Duo Madison Violet are converting new fans with their catchy music.
