Buddy Boating Pt 2 - Avalon, Catalina Island to Oceanside (April 2018)

Keeldragger (Dana 24) and Ohana (Cal 27-2) caravan from Dana Point to Avalon to Oceanside and back to Dana Point. This is day 2 -- Avalon to Oceanside. Under threat of a Small Craft Advisory, we make our way towards Oceanside. Winds are light but we are expecting a big shift and 15+ knots in the afternoon to carry us to our next destination. We have a brief, professional encounter with the Orange County Sherriff's Department Homeland Security Division along the way.
