Broken Radar | Blind in the fog | Lookout, barge!

Sailing south back to port from the San Juan’s. We get to sail in some beautiful weather downwind. The next day we go through a fog bank for about 10 miles with no radar, and through the Tacoma Narrows. I found an AIS map on my phone and found there was a tug and barge heading right for us in the fog.
