Bilge refit planning: DIY Boat Refit Progress 14

Revealing the plans for completely changing our bilge as the original stainless steel water tank had to come out due to rust. We need to fit 8 Lithium batteries (total 1680AH) and still need to find space for water storage. We had to start by removing the companionway steps (which need major refurbishment). Two years ago, when we bought Vida she was in a very tired and damp condition with all original equipment and fittings (much of it not working). We have removed all the gas, diesel and paraffin equipment, and are installing all electric (motor, cooking etc).
