Bay of Kotor

The Bay of Kotor in Montenegro is often called the "Fjord of the Mediterranean" and is world famous for it's beauty. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. We visited several places in the Bay and we filmed the island Lady of the Rock and the town of Perast which is beautiful and serene. During the Venetian rule over Montenegro, Peras as an important martime center and you still can see the beautiful baroque buildings, mostly built by wealthy sea captains in the 17th and 18th centuries.
