Almost Vegan Jack Fruit Tumeric Habanero Curry (Nangka masak lemak chili habanero)

Started seeing jackfruit on American grocery shelves lately. Must be gaining popularity among the vegan crowd. So, I thought I share a really simple and easy recipe for green jack fruit from back home. I used tinned & frozen jack fruit. But the brand of the frozen jack fruit that I picked up is not very good. Make sure you don't use ripe jackfruit. There are many variations of the same recipe. Search "Nangka masak lemak" for all the recipe out there. There are many flavors, Lychee, Apple, Plums etc. The box has a recipe for drinks. So I bought one to try.
