Floating driftwood unpredictable currents Russian and Norwegian trawlers and close encounters with dolphins and minke whales mark the route. Along the way the crew faces a key decision that will alter the course of the voyage. After days at sea and 352 nautical miles they make landfall in bright Arctic sunshine ready to explore a remote and rarely visited outpost.
