75 Hard Day 42 & 43. Discipline today, freedom tomorrow!

Day 42 & 43 of the 75 Hard Challenge and still going strong! 💪 Apologies for combining two days into one video, but yesterday turned into another really busy one onboard. Despite that, everything still got completed — workouts, water, reading, diet, and progress photos. No excuses. This morning started with a kettlebell workout followed by a 20-minute run session, while Jen continued smashing her Couch to 10K programme on the track. Both of us are feeling stronger, fitter, and more focused as we move further into the challenge. One of the biggest lessons from 75 Hard is that discipline starts replacing motivation. You stop negotiating with yourself and simply get things done, even on the busy or difficult days. That mindset shift alone makes this challenge worth it. If you’re doing 75 Hard alongside us, keep pushing forward one day at a time.
