75 Hard Day 35 – I Changed My Workout Routine (Here's Why)

Day 35 of the 75 Hard challenge and still pushing forward. Today was all about understanding the importance of recovery. After several intense HIIT sessions and upper body workouts, I decided to switch things up and give my muscles a chance to recover properly while still staying fully committed to the challenge. One thing 75 Hard teaches you very quickly is that consistency matters more than destroying yourself every single workout. There are no days off, but there are smarter ways to train and keep progressing.
