68 MAKE MY DAY - Worst first sail ever

After spending 4 months in Marina Motril, it’s finally time to leave the safe harbor We became part of the family there, so we were a little bit sad. We found out pretty quick, that a lot wasn’t working correctly Our new shaft and bearing became very hot, so we turned of our motor and started sailing The spare autopilot what we installed didn’t work well, so we had to hand steer all the way Our plotter did crazy things and gave a lot of stripes, after turning it of and waited a little bit before we turned it on, then luckily that started working again Then our wind meter gave errors and didn’t work anymore, We started to put little flags on the railing so we can see from which direction the wind came from. In the end the wind meter started working again. We didn’t film that much because we had to hand steer for 30 hours, but we had company from many dolphins. Hope you enjoy!
