42. Snow, ice, and filling up on diesel

It's snowing!!! Hardly anything, but still. My side of the marina is full of ice, and a few boats needed moving around so ABC staff did a spot of icebreaking. It was a little disconcerting hearing it all breaking up. A few days later when it had all melted the narrowboat Ganymede went on manoeuvres! The poor diesil tank has been half empty for a while as the engine has been dud so I havent been able to fill it - you should keep it topped up to reduce the risk of diesil bug. So the big day came, the first run since the engine was fixed. It was a little challenging due to a lot of hire boats in storage, an incoming boat to avoid, and the fact that boats don't reverse well and I don't really know what I'm doing anyway! Choas ensues.
