
1 hour Hatha Yoga sequence for stamina and strengthening
Today's session is a 1 hour Hatha Yoga sequence to increase stamina and strengthen the body. Its a strong sequence and not available for every body. If something is not accessible, just do a different pose you enjoy or take a child pose to rest. I would recommend this sequence for the morning or during the day. You just need a mat for this session and maybe a cushion, eyepillow and blanket for Shavasana, depending how cold it is where you pracrtice. If you like to use essential oils I would recommend a citrus blend. For this session I used the Motivate blend by doTERRA. Although the video is not carrying on for Shavasana I highly recommend to you stay lying down for 5-10 minutes after the practice to allow your body to do rest and restore. I hope you enjoy .
