We purchased a bigger RHIB with a centre console when we got back to Georgian Bay. Light enough to hoist on our davit, our CL340 was perfect while sailing. But for bigger/longer dinghy adventures on G-bay, we wanted a proper RHIB with a console and a big water hull. Luckily CO2 had a used Sport 390 that we added a Yamaha F60 to. BUT… it didn’t come with an arch. So we ordered one but it took a bit to get. Today, to save some $$$, I decided to install it myself. With some tips from Les at CO2, it was easy!

Day 17 of the 75 Hard Challenge… and today something unexpected happened. Started the day as always — progress photos done, straight into half a litre of water, training kit on and out to the running track. Jen joined me this morning and we pushed through a Couch to 10K session together. I’ve noticed I only really get going towards the end, so I pushed harder on that last lap… and it paid off. This afternoon it’s time for an isotonic workout using the iso bow (home-made by Jen — and just as good as anything you can buy!). Proof you don’t need fancy equipment… just commitment. But the real highlight today? A local woman at the marina stopped me and said she’s been following the challenge on Facebook and feels inspired to join us. That hit differently. This started as a personal challenge… but now it’s helping others take action too.
