A bonus jaunt up Hawk Hill and through the Marin Headlands after an Alpine Dam training ride with my AIDS/LifeCycle Team, the ALCaholics. Clock is an hour off--I never adjusted for daylight savings. If you get motion sickness, this video will make you throw up. I filmed it on a Rideye with the default handlebar mount, which gets very shaky. Playing at double speed might make even the steadiest person queasy, but at least you'd get through the video in under five minutes.
