Every time I'm leaving from home to join my assignment given by the agency takes a lot of courage to fulfill my obligation and finish the contract. From the day I left is the start of my journey as one of the OFW, SEAMAN, SAILOR, SEAFARER, or MARINO. Whatever it called these words makes you a stronger and better person as long as you will take the right path and never engage with the things that you will regret in the future. Remember you will be far away from your love once and one of the consequences of being away from them can drive you in some sickness and no one can take care of you but yourself. This video can provide some ideas on how a traveler like me deal with some unusual environment that you've never been before. An Olympic gold medalist, a five-time Ocean Race competitor, and three-time America's Cup competitor, the humble and understated Spaniard has done it all, including leading MAPFRE to a second place finish in the 2017-18 edition of The Ocean Race, the best ever result for a Spanish team. But it wasn't easy, and in this conversation, Xabi takes us back through his career and how he found himself in the middle of one of the closest and most memorable race finishes in history.

1 cup (250 ml) warm water (slightly above room temp - 40c/100f) 1 teaspoon (5 ml) instant yeast 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar 2 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt In a bowl, combine the water, yeast and sugar. Let stand until the mixture foams on top, about 5 minutes. Use dough hook. Combine flour and salt. Increase the speed to medium and add the yeast mixture until a soft ball forms. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for a few minutes on a floured surface to prevent sticking. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a clean damp cloth. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm and draft-free area. Cut the dough in half. Use the pizza dough immediately or refrigerate it (less than 48 hours), otherwise place it in an airtight bag and freeze. Bake at 400f for 15-20 minutes, adjust to your oven as necessary This dough can also be used for Naan Bread with curries or Garlic Pull-Apart Loaf (I'll be making videos for those and my pizza sauce soon!)
