With no motor and dead rigging, the only option to move the boat is to tow it all the way into Baltimore where the project will be concluded. Come along on a wild ride as Windpuff gets towed by Herby’s dad’s boat. Along the way, Herby works on the bulwarks and deals with a free spinning propeller shaft, as well as copious amounts of water that splashes onto the deck but can’t currently drain away. Let me know in the comments section your ideas for a good cabin layout that will sleep four people as well as be good for bluewater cruising. Lastly, Herby gets a preview of how the transom extension performs as Windpuff is towed along at hull speed, pushing the design to its theoretical limit and showcasing how the water moves over it at speed.
