Started seeing jackfruit on American grocery shelves lately. Must be gaining popularity among the vegan crowd. So, I thought I share a really simple and easy recipe for green jack fruit from back home. I used tinned & frozen jack fruit. But the brand of the frozen jack fruit that I picked up is not very good. Make sure you don't use ripe jackfruit. There are many variations of the same recipe. Search "Nangka masak lemak" for all the recipe out there.
