Samedi 16 Avril, présentation des skippers. La Solo Maître CoQ sera en 2016 une épreuve du programme évenementiel de la Classe Figaro-Beneteau. Si le passage de l'édition 2015 au calendrier du Championnat de France n'autorisait plus la présence de figaro skippé en double, celui-ci est à l'origine du nouveau format constitué de deux jours de courses côtières et d'une grande course au large de 320 milles comportant deux nuits en mer. L'édition 2016 est organisée par l'association Les Sables d'Olonne Vendée Course au Large.
