**NOW SOLD** Arabella is a 2002 Hunter 356 listed exclusively for sale with YOTI on Pittwater. https://www.yoti.com.au/listing/hunter-356-arabella-2 A comfortable, and well specified cruising yacht, Arabella has some notable extras and has been upgraded thoughtfully. Both the fully battened mainsail with single line reefing and the genoa were replaced new in just 2016 by Quantum. Electrics have been well thought out with a new inverter / charger added in 2015 plus the yacht includes a solar panel. The Yanmar 30 hp shaft drive diesel engine was installed new in 2012 and has logged around 440 hours. Accommodation below is practical, big and comfy. This episode shows the final chapter of our adventures aboard our Nordhavn 40, M/V Cassidy. After almost 2 years and over 5,000 nautical miles not he boat, we decided to put her up for sale and move to another boat. Spoiler alert: its another Nordhavn! Not a whole lot of action in this episode but we discuss the process of selling the boat, show some of the survey that the buyer had done as part of the due diligence of purchasing our boat, and a glimpse into all of the packing and moving that we are still doing as we transition to the next boat. Watch to the end for a glimpse at our new boat, which we will soon be cruising on from Florida towards the Panama Canal and Mexico. Cassidy (the kid) decided that she didn’t want the new boat named after her so we shall have to make some decisions about what to do with the name of this channel as we start making episodes aboard our new boat. We may try to poll the viewers for assistance with this! It’s been a fun ride so far and we are looking forward to continuing to explore the world on our amazing new boat.

Sails by Doyle were purchased new, a Raymarine touch screen chart plotter was installed in the cockpit plus new AIS system added to accompany an already comprehensive instrumentation package by Raymarine which includes auto-pilot. An inner forestay has been added to accommodate a storm jib. The Beneteau Oceanis 43 is a modern and fully capable cruising yacht and in Oui Ca Va this is proven in the yachts successful recent passage from Western Australia to the East Coast. The twin wheel cockpit is spacious, comfortable, practical and safe. Three of the four winches are electric, the genoa winches are easily reached from the helms, the transom is easily made walk-through with the lifting helm seat, there is a good sized folding cockpit table plus there is impressive locker storage (including twin gas bottle storage). Down below this is the three cabin, two head lay out offering the owners cabin forward. Light is welcomed into the saloon with large overhead skylights and hatches plus side windows give excellent views, all can be closed by blinds or shutters. Migration is no longer for sale by JMYS. Migration is no longer listed for sale by JMYS Nordhavn 68 Migration is one of the most actively cruised Nordhavns ever built. After launching and commissioning in Florida in 2010, she has lived for blue water adventure. Her original owners are a very experienced offshore powerboating couple who previously cruised a Hatteras 58 LRC and longed for a platform that would extend their cruising range and season. Hull number 19 in the series allowed for a great collection of ideas and improvements from the earlier builds to be incorporated. The couple spent time with other Nordhavn 68 owners and cruised in excess of 2,000 NM on sister ships to consolidate their ideas. The result was a very detailed order that had many milestone improvements, many of which were integrated into later new builds. The husband made it a point to visit the yard in Taiwan at least every other month during the build to better understand the construction and placement of equipment and systems for future servicing. This dedication to the process resulted in an exceptional boat, better informed owners and a very close relationship with the yard personnel that is very rare. For great assistance in getting the equipment selections right and confirming the correctness and quality of the build, Steve D’Antonio was hired due to his technical expertise. Steve has been involved in the legacy of Migration from the days of signing a contract, through construction in to Taiwan, during commissioning in Florida and as an invited aboard guest many times. Migration was delivered offshore in the Bahamas during the December 2010 holiday season and immediately prepared for adventuresome travel as 2011 rung in the new year. Migration has lived up to her name and covered the US east coast several times. One particularly memorable trip was when the owners and a small team of engineers from the Ta Shing yard in Taiwan participated as crew on a run from North Carolina to Florida – the first time at sea on one of the boats they build for these skilled craftsmen from the factory. This type of connection between owner and yard has remained close and is one of the reasons Migration is now for sale as a new Nordhavn 68 to bear the same name is completing construction. The Catalina 310 is renowned for its ability to be easily handled by two people, with two self-tailing Lewmar winches well aft in reach of the skipper and all halyards and sail trim lines leading aft to sheet stoppers and winches on the cabin top. There is space enough for outings with family or friends, or to accommodate 4 people in privacy and comfort for that long weekend. Mungabar has a deck-house that extends well forward of the mast for full headroom in the forward cabin and a large comfortable cockpit fitted with Princess Seats, and a walk-through transom with a folding swim ladder. The dodger cover, wheel cover, storm-board cover have all recently been replaced.The companionway leads into a bright and airy saloon with a dinette to port a two-seater lounge to starboard, a well laid out L shaped galley, with stove, refrigerator and lockers and a well-equipped navigation station.
