Join us in this tour of 'Brainwave'. Sailing the 473 is very easy with dual wheel steering, excellent visibility and a fuss free cockpit with all lines leading aft. The mid boom sheeting system means the traveller is in front of the dodger and all the hard work is avoided by using a powered winch. This is powered by a Volvo 55hp diesel inboard and accompanied by a side power bow thruster. Both mainsail and genoa were upgraded to high performance dacron sails in 2016 and a new feathering prop and shaft in 2021. Stepping below, one is immediately struck by the volume. A major attraction of the Oceanis 473 is the large owner's cabin with queen island bed and separate ensuite. Die Gefäße mit hygroskopischem Granulat sind zum Teil leer, in den Auffangschalen befindet sich Wasser.
