In this video we’re sailing upwind in 30+ knots of breeze in Johnstone Strait during the VanIsle360 race with a double-reefed main sail and #3 jib. Lots of sails were destroyed in that leg, including the #3 jib we’re flying in the video. Cerca del Parque Nacional Das Illas Atlánticas, concretamente en las Islas Cíes, nos encontramos navegando a la par con otro velero con el cual llevamos una velocidad semejante. Como no nos gusta perder ni a las canicas, éste es un aliciente para trimar a tope nuestras velas. Ceñir es de pobres, pero cómo mola ceñir. Además, rizar es de cobardes.
