hello! It has been a rough few weeks onboard with working through all of the possible routes and weather windows to sail through the Bahamas during what is supposed to be a very active hurricane season. We would have been rushing through and that just seemed silly. So, we’ve come to the difficult decision that it safest for us to sail north until early fall before making our way back south. Alle 22 UTC di martedì 16 luglio, all'inizio del quarto giorno di Transpac, Maserati Multi 70 naviga di nuovo mure a destra, con il timone senza foil. Giovanni Soldini spiega: "Da questo lato soffriamo molto, la barca sembra un cavallo imbizzarrito: accelera, si impenna e poi si schianta in acqua frenando un sacco. Senza foil del timone perdiamo il controllo del assetto longitudinale e più di 25-26 nodi di media non c'è verso di andare.
