At Rustler Yachts, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail. One area where you can see this is our shutlines; the clearance gap where doors or draws meet. These have to be perfect. A millimetre might not sound like a lot, but you’ll notice it on a wonky shutline. Not only do the shutlines have to be accounted for and made perfectly, but their spacing has to work across the grain of the wood. Some builders don’t match the grain, or they may have one line of draws deep draws that are harder to get what you need from them. We don’t want to compromise your ownership experience or the look of your boat. This is why we do things the right way, the Rustler way. As always the Cork 1720's were out in force for Volvo Cork Week 2024 this orange kite followed Going to Red the majority of the way down the run after rounding the top mark With over 100 boats on the start line everyone was fighting for air shortly after the start, with the tide coming in all day it paid to get right early to find both clear air and some relief from the stronger tide out in the main channel. On the way back in the trick was to find the deepest part of the channel to ensure you were in maximum tide to increase your speed over ground.
