At Rustler Yachts, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail. One area where you can see this is our shutlines; the clearance gap where doors or draws meet. These have to be perfect. A millimetre might not sound like a lot, but you’ll notice it on a wonky shutline. Not only do the shutlines have to be accounted for and made perfectly, but their spacing has to work across the grain of the wood. Some builders don’t match the grain, or they may have one line of draws deep draws that are harder to get what you need from them. We don’t want to compromise your ownership experience or the look of your boat. This is why we do things the right way, the Rustler way. Ieri alle 2:00 di notte abbiamo concluso la manovra d’ormeggio di Julia. Inutile dire cos’è successo poco dopo. 😴 Questa mattina freschi di 6 ore di sonno abbiamo iniziato la giornata lavorativa con un panorama da togliere il fiato. Affezionati alle Tobago Cays e a Barbuda, qui il podio delle top spiagge non può che aumentare a tre. Isola Saona. Ci rimettiamo in marcia dopo pranzo e percorriamo 20-25 miglia, per fermarci a Casa de Campo per fare dogana. Veleggiata serena, all’ombra dell’isola che ci protegge dalle onde oceaniche. Corriamo veloci a bordo di Julia, la barca nata a La Spezia, che normalmente galoppa sul mar Adriatico e che quest’anno è partita per diventare grande. E noi con lei.
