At Rustler Yachts, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail. One area where you can see this is our shutlines; the clearance gap where doors or draws meet. These have to be perfect. A millimetre might not sound like a lot, but you’ll notice it on a wonky shutline. Not only do the shutlines have to be accounted for and made perfectly, but their spacing has to work across the grain of the wood. Some builders don’t match the grain, or they may have one line of draws deep draws that are harder to get what you need from them. We don’t want to compromise your ownership experience or the look of your boat. This is why we do things the right way, the Rustler way. Adam has been a cabinet maker for over 35 years, let him explain the attention to detail on the master berth of our new Rustler 41 Motor Yacht Beautiful boats, built beautifully Visit http://rustleryachts.com to find out more #Rustleryachts #oceancruising #sailing #sailboat #yacht #sailing #offshorecruiser #boatbuilders #boat #handcrafted #bespokeyacht #semicustomyacht #handbuilt #cornwall

@boatfools  #sailing #sailingterms #baggywrinkle A funny clip of us defining "baggywrinkle" - a nautical term. We talk about schooner sailing and why chafe gear is important. You'll be able to impress your friends with your sailing terminology!

Mark your calendars and double your yoga classes—SEVENTY48 is back, and it’s kicking off earlier than ever. On Friday, May 29, 2026, at 7:00 PM, a human-powered flotilla will launch from the Foss Waterway Seaport in Tacoma. 70 miles. 48 hours. No support. No sails. No engines. Just you and your muscle fibers. This is a race against the tide, the current, the clock—and maybe that voice in your head that asks what on earth you're doing out here. Whether you’re racing to win or for some other reason, SEVENTY48 doesn’t care how you do it—as long as it’s 100% human-powered. Kayaks, SUPs, pedal boats, rowboats, outrigger canoes, inflatable flamingos retrofitted with bike cranks—if it moves without wind or fuel, it’s fair game. And yes, there are prizes. The total prize pot typically tops $10,000 (based on the number of racers at the starting line), and the first to finish takes half of it. The rest is split evenly between three class winners and one Random Hero—chosen from the finishers, so even last place has a chance at the cash. Registration opens November 15. https://seventy48.com/ 🎥: Ryder Booth
