Tearing down the seized 1989 Yamaha 70HP 2-stroke outboard! Borescope reveals heavy scoring inside the cylinders, so we soaked it with WD-40. Stripped the flywheel, ignition, and carbs, but the powerhead refuses to separate from the casing after 30+ years! Got any tricks to pop it free? Drop them in the comments!
