Merry Christmas everyone!! Here's a weeks worth of plant based dinners. We had some awesome dinners this week! The blooming onion was awesome! I want to try it again, but I want to bake it this time. It was super oily and we are really trying to wean out oil in our diets. The Korean chicken was DELICIOUS, and I can't wait to make a recipe video about it.
