The new Wellcraft 28 Explorer combines the versatility of the Explorer concept with engineering designed to preserve balance, handling and performance at sea. Despite being the heaviest configuration in the range, compared to the open Speedster and the T-Top version, the hull has been carefully optimized to maintain a low center of gravity and a confident ride in all conditions. Powered by twin 200 HP Mercury Verado outboards, for a total of 400 horsepower, the 28 Explorer delivers performance with the reassuring feeling of being protected and comfortable on board. Tested in the choppy waters off Port-Cros, in the French Riviera, the hull proves its capability even in nervous sea conditions, blending stability, control and the freedom to keep exploring no matter the weather.
