It is Sunday again! I cannot believe how fast time is going. I wasn't feeling well today and got Pat to join me in the galley for some prep. It actually went really well! He's always asking if he can help, and I always just say no because its such a small kitchen. BUT, I think I'm going to recruit him more often. Korean Chicken https://youtu.be/e0wNcFcqvfQ Our “Beef” Soy Crumbles 2 packs extra firm tofu (or firm) 1/2 can tomato paste about 1/4 c soy sauce 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp liquid smoke 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (optional) Squeeze out tofu liquid, combine sauce, mix with tofu crumbles. Bake for about 40 mins mixing regularly so it evenly browns.
