We head to the BAHAMAS! In this episode we take our kids BLUE WATER CRUISING as we sail our catamaran across the GULF STREAM! This is our family's first sailing adventure to a new country. We explain our approach on how and when to make the passage, and talk about the pros and cons of where we made landfall to check-in. We play in the crystal clear waters we've been longing for, and enjoy our first few days of living off-grid in the Bahamas! But, before we have time to make ourselves too comfortable we learn first hand the importance of proper anchoring when a midnight storm puts our floating home in peril and wonder if we'll make it through the night...
