These three, young, adventurous people have never met before. In fact they don’t even know each other exists. And they are about to move onto our boat for the next two months…and…they have no sailing experience whatsoever. So for the next eight weeks, our new crew will immerse themselves into an entirely different world of confined spaces, constant movement, and complicated systems as we sail 3500 nautical miles from The Seychelles to South Africa. Life on the ocean is magical, with a constant connection to mother nature and an ability to see the world like none other. But it comes with its ups and downs…literally (show shot of boat rocking up and down). Our mission with this new crew is not simply to just teach them how to sail. But to give them the opportunity to accomplish something they may have previously thought impossible.
