We Are Officially Continuous Cruisers | Why Is Our Engine Leaking? Ep 412

Over the last 18 months, we've been getting our canal boat prepared, all the while writing a book! We're now ready to begin our journey from Yorkshire to the Fens via the tidal Trent and out into the Wash. Are we and the boat ready for this big trip? After finding a leak in the engine bay, it seems there are more maintenance jobs to undertake, but we won't let this stop us from slipping the lines and getting our toes wet once more. We give a little overview of our proposed journey, which takes us onto the River Trent. It's tidal and meandering, and we've never taken a canal boat onto this type of body of water. But before we can even get there, we have to wait until a few repairs have been completed on the Stainforth and Keady Canal, including that pesky railway bridge that seems to go out of action every other day!
