I thought we were done with boat work! Don't you remember all the hot, sweaty work we did before departure? What gives? Well, in this video I install a new portlight, a new VHF antenna, wire, and transceiver unit. Sounds easy. It's supposed to be easy, but why does boat work take 10 times as long as it should? Probably not the most exciting stuff, but HEY, this is what it's like when you live on a boat - particularly an old boat. In addition to that, we're getting closer to a jump-off point for the Bahamas. Won't be long until we're staging for our first official crossing. Holy cow, that;s hard to believe...
