Vegan Lentil Loaf Recipe
This week we made a lentil loaf. It was really tasty, we ate the entire thing! We will definitely make this again! Loaf: 1/2 C carrots (optional 1/2 C celery) 1/2 cup mushroom 2 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp tomato paste 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Salt/Pepper 3/4 cup bread crumbs 3/4 cup oats 3/4 cup dried lentils (2 cup cooked) Glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp dijon mustard 1-2 tsp brown sugar Hope you enjoy this recipe!
