Threading the Needle

Winds were light, so I took the opportunity to try my hand at sailing through some narrow passageways. I had checked them all out a few weeks earlier while motoring during a period of no wind. There are some shallow rocks...but they're all on the shore side and visibility to 10' is excellent. The boat only draws 18" so you just have to hug the deeper, outside part of each channel. I'm a little jealous of the kayakers though!
