This is Bliss: Offshore Sailing at it’s Finest (Calico Skies Sailing Ep. 31)

Sailing is about the journey, not the destination and this episode is evidence of that. It begins on the fifth day of our 1,000 mile passage from North Carolina to Nova Scotia, Canada. We continue to encounter light but favorable winds and comfortable seas. As we make our way through the Atlantic we are visited by several pods of dolphins and just 40 miles off the coast of Canada happen upon a giant Mola Mola (or Sunfish) making it's way through calm waters. And best of all, our landfall in Nova Scotia could not have been more epic. We are treated to a spectacular sunset and an incredibly gorgeous coastline with exactly the Northern feel we were hoping for.
