The Ocean Race Europe - Mirpuri Challenge Trophy

While you can never hold a good team back, few were expecting the Mirpuri Challenge Trophy race, the coastal stage of The Ocean Race Europe, to deliver such significant food for thought. To be fair, there weren't that many that thought it would be a closely contested race either - but we were all proved wrong. Not only was the Cascais coastal race far closer than we had predicted, but the 40nm sprint provided considerable food for thought going forwards - Who knew?
