The Mariner Episode 12: Sailing Outward Bound

In this episode I finally bring the Open 60 to a state of preparedness and readiness that places her in a state she has not been in for a number of years - Papa signal flag up and ready: ‘Sailing Outward Bound’. Before we set off however there is one thing I have to do- rename her. She has always been known as Hellcat since I bought her but it’s not a name that’s working for me and I have to make a change! Lastly, I also discuss my thoughts on sea-going superstitions and give a quick demo of how to get a 60’ boat off the dock by yourself.
