It's easy to blow your budget on any boat project much less an entire sailboat refit. So we try and save a few bucks and salvage a set of winches from a neglected sailboat. We made a stop at @HarborShoppers in St. Thomas in USVI to see if they had any winches that would work with Wicked before creating a template for a missing floor board.
