Sailing the Canary islands, a first glance!

After our long and exciting crossing, we relax for a few days in the magnificent anchorage of Playa Francesa on La Graciosa. As some adverse weather is heading our way we decide to continue South and towards Gran Canaria. The eastern, and in our case leeward, shores (or is it windward the shore on which the wind blows offshore?) of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura prove excellent sailing grounds with spectacular views.
