We face surprisingly strong currents between the deep Exuma Sound and the shallow Bahama bank side, a bit of a challenge! But once make it, we find a paradise surrounding us. WOW! Luminous waters filled with colorful (soft)corals (many we've not encountered so far) & fish, the most beautiful & perfect kite spot we've ever seen found between islands belonging to no other than illusionist Copperfield. He placed a special surprise underwater that we are able to spot - amidst strong currents again. Has the little mermaid escaped Copenhagen, longing for warmer waters? Next pitstop: an island which is said to be THE ARCHETYPAL SETTLEMENT of the Exumas with a special heritage & history having to do with the slave Chrisanna.
